about sally tamplin b.ed [hons]

I am extremely interested in complementary bodywork therapies. Taking time to incorporate reflexology and massage therapy into everyday living can help everyone to more effectively deal with the stresses and strains of living in the twenty-first century! These therapies help to bring the body back into balance. I undertook all my bodywork training at Sister Rosalind Gefre’s School of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. I am also Nationally Certified in Massage Therapy (NCBTMB) and Reflexology (ARCB) I am a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP).

However, I do believe that the root of all suffering is on the mental and emotional level and it is this level that has to be addresses if someone really wants to heal. I have spent many years studying classical homeopathy, I am a graduate of The School of Homeopathy Devon, United Kingdom and The Dynamis School of Advanced Homoeopathy Studies. I am a member of The Minnesota Homeopathic Association and The National Center for Homeopathy. I am a Registered Member of the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths in the UK and. I was Executive Director of The Minnesota Homeopathic Association for over four years. I am currently North American Representative for The School of Homeopathy Devon, UK.

I became interested in flower essences many years ago and have spent several years studying the Bach and Australian Bush Essence systems. I am a Registered Bach Flower Essence Practitioner and a Certified Australian Bush Essence Teacher. I am a member of the Flower Essence Society.

I am very interested in the teachings of Hanna Kroeger and have studied in Hanna’s advanced class at Peaceful Meadow Retreat in Boulder, Colorado. Currently I am a student in the Master Herbalist program at Dr. Christopher's School of Natural Healing. I am a Medicine Woman/Spiritual Leader of The Nemenhah Band and Native American Traditional Organization.

I started my professional career as a certified teacher in the UK and have since 1978 been involved in education whether in a public school, the home and hospital service, massage school or in adult community education. In recent years I have concentrated upon educating the general public in holistic healing modalities. I have an honors degree in education from Sussex University in the UK.

Please note that I do not diagnose or treat individual conditions or diseases. If you have a medical problem you are advised to consult with your regular licensed health care physician. I offer an educational consulting service.

about Karen D. Krchma, B.S. Nutrition

Karen is a graduate of Mount Mary University. She practiced in a variety of settings including hospital, mental health facility, long term care, contract food service, and private practice. Currently Karen is in private practice focusing on complimentary care through the use of functional nutrition, i.e., utilizing food and nutrition to assist the body to actually function as it was intended. Prevention, recovery from illness, and anti aging are embraced in Karen’s practice.

Karen became interested in alternative practices as traditional nutritional care was not adequate to address the illnesses that prevail. Having found support and corrective measures for her own health problems through functional food, Karen began the exploration of the many non-traditional practices including the power of functional nutrition through Metagenics, herbs, homeopathics, and techniques from Hanna Kroeger, and so much more. She support EFT, Breathwork, Tai Chi, Nia, and Meditation as a means to improve health. There are “band-aids” to cover up symptoms, however, unless you get to the cause of the dis-ease, there will be no cure.

Karen has dedicated many hours of continuing education in wellness and whole-health practices including some areas such as Reiki (master), Essential Oils, Quantum Biofeedback, and most recently teacher status for Australian Bush Flower Essences. Karen has worked diligently to bring techniques from every aspect to help you with your health. Her motto is taken from Hanna Kroeger…

“Help one another.”
